Content Marketing Vs. Paid Marketing

But before you can make any “autopilot” earnings you’ll need to sell affiliate products. With affiliate marketing you get paid on a performance basis. No sales equals no commissions. I looked for such a “system” a while back and was selling on eBay. I later came to find a business model called affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing lets you sell pretty much anything you can find on the internet, and make a commission on the sale. Completely free systems and strategies are that much harder than others where you can spend a little amount of money. Building a niche website is one of the best ways to earn from either affiliate marketing or Google’s Adsense program. Again the key to success here is you need a lot of people visiting your site. YouTube of course deserves a mention here too. YouTube is a great marketing platform to get started on. To generate traffic from YouTube for free will take some time and dedication, much like with the other platforms. Ideally build content around a well thought out niche in which you find some suitable affiliate products.

Free affiliate products are available on sites such as Clickbank and JVzoo too. In fact it can be better to market digital products as an affiliate because you’ll earn larger commissions on the sale. However, physical products do sell well, so it depends on your marketing choices as to which products you should choose.

Choosing Your Niche

Choosing your niche is probably the most important decision you’ll make if you want to build a free autopilot money making system. Without careful planning, you’ll likely fail to bring in the traffic required to make consistent sales.

A niche should be chosen around your affiliate products ideally. Otherwise, you’ll attract an audience which isn’t a good fit for your products. Imagine blogging about marketing, but trying to sell guitars. You’ll target the wrong audience and never make a sale. If you have knowledge about something, or some kind of interest or passion, that’s a good area to start in. This is because you can extend the time period with which your customer makes a buying decision. On your content, they only have a few minutes to decide. But once you have their email address, you can extend this time period dramatically.

Purchases To Consider

Doing everything completely for free comes with a certain number of limitations. For example, it’s tough getting traffic to your products for one. Some free blog platforms don’t let you link directly to certain affiliate products for another. Google doesn’t like free blog platforms and se won’t rank the content on its search algorithms. This makes it harder to get your content seen.

Ideally, spend some money getting your own domain and website hosting provider. A domain name costs around $10 and you can host it for less than $10 a month.

Get yourself an autoresponder software which lets you collect your subscribers emails. This gives you a better chance at building relationships, offering value and delivering products to your customers. Use recurring income affiliate products too, which will bring in a better return for your efforts.

Also consider learning from a well laid out course. I went it alone with affiliate marketing for years and struggled all the more because I was doing it “on the cheap”. Access a course of some kind to get some real education and direction. Otherwise you can find yourself chasing your tail for years, not really knowing what you’re doing!
